Platinum Healthcare Services (PHS) is a DBHDS-licensed provider offering group home residential services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We believe that all individuals can be contributing and valued members of their communities, and we partner closely with residents, families, and support coordinators to help them achieve meaningful goals.

At Platinum Healthcare Services, we provide 24-hour residential support and person-centered programming to enhance daily living skills, safety, and quality of life.
Daily living assistance (personal care, hygiene, meals, and household routines)

Recreational and therapeutic activities that encourage social engagement
Behavior and emotional support strategies individualized to each resident
Transportation to appointments, community programs, and day activities
Referrals / Admissions
Who We Serve
Adults (ages 18 and older) with intellectual and developmental disabilities who are eligible for services under the Community Living (CL) or Building Independence (BI) Waivers.
